• Print and fill out, per person, the Registration Form below.
• Include a deposit check of $200, per person, made out to Colorado Lek Tours. This deposit includes a double occupancy room. If you would like a single occupancy room, please send an additional $300 when booking the trip. Final payment is due by February 15, for the year of your trip.
• Print and sign, per person, one Release & Assumption of Risk form below.

Cancellation Policy
Personal cancellations more than 90 days prior to the trip departure date will receive all monies back except a $100 cancellation fee.  Anyone cancelling from 45-90 days prior to the trip departure will have a non-refundable deposit, but will receive any additional monies paid toward the trip refunded. Anyone canceling within the 45 days before the departure date of the trip will not be eligible for any money refunded. If Colorado Lek Tours must cancel a trip, all monies paid will be refunded.

How to Purchase a Habitat Stamp - if you're between 18 and 64, you will need to purchase a Colorado Habitat Stamp.
